Little Lon Gin distillery
On little Lonsdale Street can be found the last of the houses built after the gold rush. Originally there were over 100 of these houses next to each other and this was the one that the workers used to store their equipment as they destroyed the other 99. It was only when this one was left that the historical society of Victoria prevented it from being demolished.
The door opens to a bedroom on the left and kitchen on the right. The bedroom has been converted into a gin distillery. The kitchen is now a bar which serves just 8 patrons.
